UEFA have started proceedings following the Europa League victory away in Swedish side AIK Fotboll of Celtic.
The fees of celtic relate to fans hurling items from the stands during their 4-1 triumph in Stockholm and setting fireworks off.
For blocking stairways UEFA has also improved AIK.
The above cases will be dealt with from the UEFA Ethics Control and Disciplinary Body on 19 September.
